Welcome to your new favorite vacation spot! This cottage is nestled in a luxurious,

quiet, gated, wooded community, just minutes from the beach and shops. This is one of

the few year-round cottages at Seaglass Villages, which means the location is prime –

walking distance to the pools, mini golf, ice cream, go karts, arcade, restaurants, and

more! Plus, it comes with FREE access to our golf cart to bring you to the clubhouse

with MORE pools, gym, hot tub, bar, and other parts of the property where you’ll find a

tennis court, pickleball courts, putting greens, bocce ball, fire pits, and more. So much

fun to be had.

There is a propane grill, washer and dryer, cable, Wi-Fi, and the most comfortable couch

you’ll ever sit on.

Beaches are less than 1.5 miles away!

The space:

The cottage is fully equipped and furnished to almost force you into happy, vacation-

mode. There are cathedral high ceilings, central A/C, and three ceiling fans throughout

to ensure you are comfortable. It comes with all the bells and whistles – high-end

kitchen tools and gadgets if you want to cook or barbecue, the nicest outdoor patio

space in the entire community (everyone talks about it), and all brand-new furniture as

of May 2024. Of course, comes with all the other “boring stuff” – dining room table,

TVs, Keurig coffee maker, air fryer, dressers, closets, washer/dryer, ironing board, etc.

As mentioned above, the year-round cottages at Seaglass have the best location. We

are a 3-minute walk to on-premises pools and the rental office, and less than 5-minute

walk to restaurants, mini golf, go karts, arcade, ice cream, and more. The cottage

provides a FREE golf cart for you to drive around the community and get to the

clubhouse, more pools including an indoor resistance/lap pool, hot tub, gym, bar, tennis

court, pickle ball court, golf putting green, bocce ball, fire pits, and more.

As far as sleeping, the main bedroom has a comfy queen size bed; the second bedroom

has two twins (trundles), and the living room has a pull-out twin in an oversized chair.

Did we mention the couch is comfortable? Why not use that as well after a long, tiring

day of laying on the beach?

There are plenty of local attractions to visit while you’re here, including: Portland,

Kennebunk, Portsmouth, Drakes Island, Rachel Carson National Wildlife Preserve, Wells

Reserve at Laudholm, Perkin's Cove, Ogunquit Playhouse

Guest access:

This is a gated community. The cottage has a paved driveway, allowing one car to be

parked just outside the front door. Golf cart is also parked at the cottage. Check in time

is 4pm; check out time is 10am.

Other things to note:

The Seaglass Village community hosts numerous events throughout the summer,

including musicians playing by the pool, barbecues, theme parties (Halloween is a big one),

and even movie night in the pool (previous films include Jaws and Rocky Horry

Picture Show).

Otherwise, you can just as easily keep to yourself and enjoy the peace and quiet of a

cottage in the woods.
