The porch is also decorated in a nautical/sailing theme and is bright and welcoming. There is a full length sofa and two nautical themed chairs in the sun porch. There is a large flat screen TV with a DVD player, along with Wi-Fi throughout the house.

This property is located towards the back of Seaglass Village (last cul de sac in village) such that there is no through-traffic and it is very private and relaxing. It is close to the tennis courts, basketball court, and pickle ball court. There is also a full grill with propane tank available.
