The Sea Crest
Plenty of oversized windows allow for natural light and ocean breezes to filter through this cottage. It features a cathedral ceiling spanning the living room and kitchen and enhancement options include an en suite half bath.
The Port
The Port is filled with charm and character. An open floorplan allows a natural flow from the kitchen to living and dining areas. A full bathroom separates the cozy yet bright bedrooms. Enhancement options include an en suite half bath, storage loft area, and kitchen island.
The Driftwood
The Driftwood is a classic cottage design with two extra-large bedrooms tucked away from the busy kitchen and breakfast bar. An optional storage loft with a cathedral ceiling can be added to this cottage to maximize the usable space and to bring airiness and character to the main living area.
The Cove
This cottage features a large, enclosed front porch. Two bedrooms on either side of the kitchen and bath area allow for privacy while the family room and light filled porch provide the perfect gathering space.
