The cottages at Seaglass Village are inspired by the warm sunshine and ocean breezes of summertime in seaside New England. All of our three-season and four-season cottage designs are carefully sited to maximize their natural sunlight exposure and to blend with the natural surroundings of our quintessential coastal Maine vacation community. 

The various cottage floorplans and customization options offer owners the chance to bring to life their own vision of the perfect vacation home. Each of our five cottage designs is surprisingly spacious and invitingly open within an efficient footprint. Oversized windows and 9' ceilings create an airy ambiance, while special architectural touches give each cottage a custom feel. The cottages include two bedrooms, a full bathroom, living/dining area, full kitchen, laundry area, and a spacious three-season porch. Depending upon furnishings, these charming two-bedroom cottages can sleep as many as six people comfortably.

Owners can personalize their cottage with a variety of options, including open storage lofts in select styles; cathedral and vaulted ceilings; additional half bath in the master bedroom in select styles; cottage-type bead board on walls; luxury appliances, counter, and cabinet packages; and specialty tile and wood flooring selections.  

Every cottage includes a parking area for two cars plus a golf-cart, as well as under-cottage storage.
