Seaglass Village is a new, three-season cottage resort in Wells, Maine that puts adults front and center. While families are welcome, the amenities and activities are designed with adults in mind.

THE COMMUNITY
Seaglass Village is tucked on a wooded site that is less than a mile to the local beaches and minutes from downtown Ogunquit. The heart of the community is the expansive clubhouse building, complete with a Great Room for social events, library gathering area, Tiki bar with indoor and outdoor access, kitchen and an attached fitness center with locker rooms and an indoor resistance pool. The clubhouse is the place to go for events organized by the Recreation Concierge, or just to enjoy an evening drink or a card game with friends.

THE COTTAGES
Discover the best in cottage living! Charming, low-maintenance cottages incorporate the best features from the popular Cottages at Summer Village, previously developed by the Seaglass team. Choose from five, two-bedroom floorplans with lots of options. Cottages are open from May 1 to October 31. Off-season, cottages are maintained by the Seaglass Village Management Company.

Ideally located in the Moody Village section of Wells, Seaglass is in the heart of Maine's southern coastal region with its beaches, restaurants, boutiques and theaters. If you prefer to leave your car at home, Seaglass is minutes from the AMTRAK train station in Wells and right on the Shoreline Explorer trolley line, serving seacoast towns and beaches from York to Kennebunk.
